Missing programming language
Fires when: Code requested without a language or framework.
Without a language the model usually picks Python or JavaScript, and it may not match your codebase, your runtime version, or your style.
Name the language and version, plus the runtime or framework when it matters ("TypeScript 5 on Node 22", "Java 21 with Spring Boot 3").
